Our story
Why we created ProntoBiz
ProntoBiz started with a simple problem: owners of salons, clinics and other small businesses spend hours every week replying to messages just to book an appointment. While serving one client, they miss the next one’s call.
We built a simple online booking system with a fixed price and no commissions, and we set it up for each client. The goal is for your business to take bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without you having to do anything.
We are a small team based in Estoril, in the municipality of Cascais. We work with businesses across the country and offer support in Portuguese, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
