Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected on this site is ProntoBiz, tax no. (NIF) 518276252, Rua Eça de Queiroz 122, 2765-475 Estoril, Portugal. Contact: prontobizpt@gmail.com, WhatsApp +351 912 891 607.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: name, business name, industry, phone and message. The form opens WhatsApp with your message; the data only reaches us if you send it.
  • WhatsApp or email contacts: the data you send us in those conversations.
  • Bookings: when you book a diagnosis or a service through a booking page, we record name, phone, email (if given), service, date and time.
  • Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies (see the cookies page).

3. Why we use the data

  • To answer your requests and prepare proposals (pre-contractual steps).
  • To manage bookings and send confirmations and reminders (performance of a contract).
  • Invoicing and legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • Site usage statistics, if you consent (consent).

4. Our clients’ booking pages

When a business uses ProntoBiz to take bookings, that business is the controller of its clients’ data and ProntoBiz acts as a processor, handling the data only to manage bookings on that business’s behalf.

5. Who we share data with

We use service providers that help us operate: website hosting (Netlify), booking database (Supabase, with servers in the European Union), application hosting (Vercel) and WhatsApp (Meta) for communication. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep data

We keep contact requests for up to 12 months, booking data for as long as the relationship with the business lasts, and invoicing data for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to prontobizpt@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
