Calendar per staff member
Each team member has their own days, hours, days off and services. Clients only see times when someone is free.
No double bookings
The same slot can never be booked twice, even if two clients confirm at the same moment.
Confirmation and reminders
Instant confirmation and, on the Pro plan, automatic reminders 24 h and 2 h before the visit to reduce no-shows.

Questions about the booking system
Can I have several staff members with different hours?
Yes. Each staff member has their own services, working days and days off. The client can pick a specialist or "any available specialist".
Can I confirm bookings manually?
Yes. Choose automatic or manual confirmation. With manual confirmation, the booking stays pending until you approve it in the dashboard.
How do I avoid last-minute bookings?
Set a minimum notice, for example 1, 3 or 24 hours. Times within that window are not shown.
Is client data protected?
Yes. Data is stored on servers in the European Union, only your business can see its bookings and processing follows the GDPR.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time. The change applies from the following month.
